Forty Broad Street

This my twelfth collage for The 9th International Collage Exhibit and Exchange.

The inspiration for this collage is the found picture of a woman on her way to somewhere. She is in the midst of moving something. She is waving at someone or possibly hailing a taxi. Her stance implies movement. I used the music to provide a symbolic rhythm or beat.

The neutral palette allows the woman to be the viewer's focus. The splash of sliver red provides interest and balance.
