Baked Cheeseburger

This collage makes me smile for 2 reasons.

The first reason is the whimsical art deco feel. The black and white tissue paper and the green and white wallpaper scrap remind me of an old diner. The cheeseburger recipe makes me think of the comfort food on the menu, simple and safe. I can just picture a 1950s diner with folks eating cheeseburgers, frenchfries, and drinking sodas.

I also love that the collage works against a central composition no no of not placing an area of interest in the center. The recipe with the block print of female forms is center stage.
